Lancashire-based aluminium fabricator Framex has doubled its capacity with a new Elumatec SBZ118 machining centre, the second CNC it has bought in the last 12 months.
Managing director Tim Mooney said: “Demand for our products is growing quickly so we decided to bring the investment forward to meet the needs of our customers. The Elumatec SBZ118 is a great piece of kit that makes production more precise and more efficient. It’s also compact and fast; just what we needed so that we could double up on our machining capacity.
“Having the right equipment in place piloted by the right people means we can achieve fast lead times and exceptional service, every time.”
