DoorCo has appointed Michelle Kirkham as Customer Service and Order Processing Manager.
Michelle said: ““I love the culture here at DoorCo. From the first time I stepped into the building, I felt extremely comfortable and valued. The team are so professional, as well as welcoming and friendly. Having already met quite a few customers and seen how they share the same passion for delivering excellent service, I’m now in the process of organising team visits. This will help us to understand our customers’ real-life needs better, and we’ll use the feedback to continually improve and grow, whilst also ensuring processes are as streamlined as possible.
