Listers has added the Luma aluminium rooflight from Eurocell to its offering.

“Rooflights have grown in popularity over the last few years as homeowners looked to make the most of their space after the pandemic,” said MD Roy Frost, “They can be fitted retrospectively or easily incorporated as part of a newbuild, and we’ve seen them specified on a range of projects, such as existing or new flat roof extensions, garage conversions, and even garden rooms.

“Since they are very attractive and bring light to the very heart of a building, they also provide a great opportunity to upsell.”

Luma flat rooflights are made to measure in sizes up to 2.5m2. Unlike roof lanterns, there are no bars across the glass to interrupt the view of the sky or cast shadows across the room below.

They have an integral drainage system with self-cleaning glass, and are secured from the inside, which means they are straightforward to install, and easy to look after. The laminated glass also reduces external noise, and provides an extra level of security.

The thermally broken rooflights can achieve U-values as low as 1.3W/m2K for double glazed and 0.92W/m2K for triple glazed.

Luma aluminium rooflights are also available from Listers’ Big Trade Counter.
