Low Carbon Homes has announced the next series of its online Retrofit Summits where industry and housing providers can discuss the challenge of improving the energy efficiency of the country’s housing.

“It really is quite remarkable to see the uplift in ambition and capacity at local and combined authorities” said Graham Lock of Low Carbon Homes.

“There’s renewed vigour and determination to get on with retrofit and rise to the delivery challenge, while ensuring that benefits start to flow quickly – for residents, neighbourhoods and the local economy”

The first events, hosted by Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, will be held on January 31 and February 1 and 2.

Glasgow City Council, covering Glasgow City Region, host events on February 28 and March 1 and 2.

Cosy Homes in Lancashire (CHiL), a partnership of all 15 Lancashire councils, will be the host on March 21, 22 and 23.
