Epwin Optima and PatioMaster products were fitted as part of the transformation of a bungalow in Conwy into a two-storey home with panoramic views over the North Wales countryside.

L Pearce Home Improvements installed four sets of PatioMaster doors including a large four-pane sliding door with arched top on an upper floor balcony. Optima casement windows and doors completed the refurbishment, including a three metre, four-pane picture window to the front. All products were in Antique Oak, fabricated by Heritage Trade Frames.

L Pearce founder Luke Pearce said: “The slimline profile and large glass area of the PatioMaster sliding doors and the superior aesthetics of Optima were perfect for this project because they maximise the views.”

He added: ”We’ve been installing Optima and PatioMaster since the business opened three years ago. They are high-quality systems that allow us to capitalise on high-end domestic projects with exacting standards like this project.

“The products are easy-to-fit, which saves us time on site. Homeowners are always impressed with the quality too. Product operation, especially on the sliding doors, is very high-end and delivers on exacting expectations.”
