Aluplast UK has enhanced its sales and technical support capability with the appointment of two new members of staff.
Daniel Pugh joins as a Technical Applications Engineer while Hussain Abdulkader joins as a new Area Sales Manager for the South.
Daniel, who has experience as an engineer in the aerospace industry, is tasked with servicing the company’s UK customer base, providing technical support for production, assisting fabricators that require increased capacity or are looking to introduce additional products.
“It’s a very exciting time to be joining the industry, our customers are experiencing a period of exceptional high demand,” said Daniel. “My engineering background and my experience of working in high pressure, technically challenging environments means I am very well placed to help them operate more efficiently and present effective solutions to help them manage increased output if required.”
Hussain, who has sales and marketing experience at PVC-U fabricators in the UK and overseas, said he is looking forward to expanding aluplast’s market share.
He added: “The overall high-quality of aluplast’s systems is a major selling point for me, as is the strength of supply and our competitive lead times on foils. We have recently increased our number of stock foils with the addition of Agate grey – and that’s proving to be a very attractive proposition given increasing end user demand for colour.”
