Central Window Systems has appointed Gemma Turner as Head of Trade Aluminium Service and Andy Sheppard as Aluminium Estimator as part of its new Aluminium Customer Service Team to support installers with commercial opportunities and provide them with leads.
Together, they are in charge of running Central’s Aluminium Project Support Service, which sees in-house experts help installers with complex projects, from the design stage through to the final installation.
The team is also working with existing customers to help make them aware of both the company’s Aluminium and PVCu ranges alongside its comprehensive marketing portal, Central Hub, a 24-hour portal providing a range of sales, software, technical and business support.
