Central RPL and Central ASL, the two arms of Gary Morton’s Boing Boing Group, are to merge to bring ‘a more cohesive, consistent service to customers across the Midlands and beyond’.

The new company, to be named Central Window Systems, comes into being at a time when both businesses are thriving amid the post-lockdown home improvement boom, Gary, the group’s CEO explained.

“Often, we speak to installers who buy PVCu products from us but have no idea we have a sister company that specialises in aluminium, and vice versa,” he added.

“By becoming Central Window Systems, installers will benefit from the full extent of the fantastic windows and doors we supply, and we’ll be able to offer more joined up service across the board.

“RPL and ASL are both outstanding fabrication businesses. We believe that by combining the two, we can provide a better service to our many customers.”

Central RPL, which now fabricates from Profile 22’s Optima system, was joined in 2016 by Central ASL as a vehicle for the group’s expansion into aluminium.

The rebrand to Central Window Systems will come into effect from February, as the group begins its new financial year.
