QASSS has launched Dispute Assist to give companies and their customers access to its Alternative Dispute Resolution service at a nominal price.
In a similar way to a pre-paid cover plan, Dispute Assist is enacted at the point of purchase, protecting businesses and consumers for six years should a dispute arise. Pricing is per job or installation which works out at a price of typically around £5 -£15 per installation, given average contract values.
The service is all-inclusive including free inspections, forensic reports and Ombudsman access.
