Home security and fenestration component provider, ERA, has appointed Ian Miller as Technical Sales Manager to support customers across the South of England. Ian will primarily focus on providing quality solutions for ERA’s window and door hardware clients, across uPVC, timber and aluminium systems.
With more than three decades of industry experience, Ian’s role will see him strengthen existing client relationships, while building new partnerships across the South, inclusive of London. He said: “ERA is a brand with a great heritage and a fantastic reputation, so it’s an opportunity I was delighted to be presented with.
“The best part of the job is meeting customers and building those relationships – so the first few months have been exciting.It’s been particularly positive to hear from customers about how highly they value the products and service provided by ERA, so I’m starting from a strong position.”
Aside from regular interaction and meetings with customers, Ian’s responsibilities will include forecasting hardware trends in order to anticipate demand and meet customer needs.
