Kenrick has added the new EasyVent Plus range to its trickle vent options.
Sales and marketing manager Andy Meakin said: “EasyVent has long been a favourite of social sector window replacement programmes because it provides effective ventilation while reducing mould and condensation. Since the updates to Building Regulations in 2023 that effectively mandated the use of trickle vents, it has extended its presence in the domestic sector thanks to its unique features and elegant design.”
The EasyVent Plus meets the requirements of Building Regulations ADF 2010. It is available in a choice of three variants – 2,500EA (Equivalent Area), 4,000EA, and 5,000EA, each providing a different level of ventilation, depending on requirements.
It also meets LABC building regulations. It uses screw or clip fixings and is a robust solution that is quick and easy to fit because there are no end caps to lose or break.
It is available in a range of colours including Chartwell Green and Anthracite Grey, with woodgrain finishes and RAL colour matching available on request.
