Conservatory Outlet has celebrated its 10th annual Network Gala Dinner with an exclusive weekend at the Aldwark Manor retreat in North Yorkshire.

Guests were also treated to a day in York, including a visit to the city’s attractions such as the Minster, Clifford’s Tower and the Roman walls.

Key stakeholders from the Conservatory Outlet Network learned of the group’s continued investment in its marketing and sales initiatives, further enhancements to the company’s range of Forte composite doors and the impending launch of smart sensors on its Extreme UPVC collection.

On Saturday night, the historic Aldwark Manor hosted the showpiece Gala Dinner and Network Awards ceremony.

During the celebrations, gifts were given to Network members Bon Accord Glass, TWC Home Improvements, TradeMark Windows, County – The Home Improvers, Mid Wales Windows & Conservatories and Premier Windows & Conservatories, with the latter two companies being honoured for their fifteen-year membership of the Conservatory Outlet Network. These anniversary awards showcase a remarkable testament to the longstanding relationship that Conservatory Outlet has with its key regional retail partners.

Awards for Outstanding Customer Service were also given to those rated excellent (4.5) or above on public review platforms such as Google and Trustpilot.

Conservatory Outlet CEO Greg Kane said: “The Network Gala Dinner allows us to thank those we work closely with for their continued support. This year’s event was our tenth such celebration. It speaks volumes about the close relationship[ we have with our retail partners that we can celebrate together as friends year after year.

“Trading conditions across the industry continue to be tough, with inflation continuing to impact on consumer spending. However, our shared values and togetherness have delivered tangible results that ensure our Network members remain ahead of the competition.”

Managing Director Mick Giscombe added: “Aldwark was the perfect venue for this year’s celebrations. After visiting bustling cities such as London, Barcelona and Paris in recent years, we wanted to provide a change of pace.”
