Bluemanor Windows of Braintree, Essex has been shortlisted in the G Awards in the category of Customer Care Initiative of the Year.

Sales & Marketing Manager Mark Nuth said: “Customer Care has always been at the heart of everything we do here at Bluemanor and we are incredibly proud to have been recognised for this on a national level with the G Awards shortlisting. We have numerous accreditations, some of which relate specifically to Customer Care – such as our inclusion in the Essex Trading Standards Buy with Confidence Scheme – and we hope to be able to add to that with a win at the G Awards.”

Bluemanor offers a range of home improvement options, such as windows, doors, extensions, orangeries, and conservatories.

One of its key suppliers is Ultraframe. Its Business Development Manager for the South, Katie Sampson, said: “Having worked closely with Bluemanor for several years now I know that customer care is at the very core of the business and to see this incredible ethos recognised on a national level is fantastic.
