Morley Glass has been recognised for its social media campaign around the FIT Show as winner of the award for ‘Best Use of Social Media’ in the event’s Marketing Awards.

Marketing assistant Charlotte Gilbert said: “This year’s FIT Show was an amazing experience all-round that left us all buzzing for weeks after, so to win this award for best use of social media is absolutely fantastic!

“Being recognised by our industry peers in this way confirms that our hard work, creativity and consistency of messaging was the right approach, and this was reflected in the high levels of engagement we saw.”

The campaign spanned multiple platforms to ensure there was an opportunity for people across the industry to find out about its presence at the show and register for VIP tickets, says the company. From LinkedIn and Twitter to Facebook and Instagram, consistent messaging and creative posts gave thousands of people the chance to engage with the company and explore more about the show.

MD Ian Short added: “ The show was our busiest yet and the ideal platform to launch our new products – and we are already looking forward to being able to do this all again when the show returns in 2025!”
