Listers has launched the SheerVent ventilation system that works with the Sheerline S1 Lantern.
MD Roy Frost said: “Since Part F of the Building Regulations was tightened last year, there has been a greater focus on ventilation. Unlike trickle vents, the SheerVent gives homeowners greater control over ventilation in the home, while maintaining the good looks the Sheerline S1 Lantern is renowned for.”
SheerVent offers U-values as low as 1.0W/m2K. It features 28mm glazing that matches the rest of the S1 lantern, and sits flush with the adjacent rafter bars, and is available in both manual and electric opening versions, and can be upgraded to be fitted with discreet, wireless rain, wind, and light sensors.
