Filling the vacuum

The final confirmation of the collapse of Kairos and all of its sales manifestations leaves many questions – the biggest of which may be answered as and when a statement of financial affairs is published – but to the retail end of the industry perhaps a bigger question may be who will fill the vacuum it leaves behind?

Of course, there may yet be some new incarnation of the old entity if anyone should emerge to rebuild it in some form but otherwise we will be left with a potentially massive gap in the wake of this £75million empire that was simultaneously feared and envied by most at the sharp end of the industry. As with so many things, we can only wait and see. Read Story
