This week's edition of The Gl@zine is packed full of news and announcements as usual, but the side columns have not been updated much as we are winging our way out to Glasstec in Germany and I am doing most of this on the laptop. Anyway, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. As I say, there is more than enough hard news to keep anyone interested, including Pilkington's interims, which show a rather flat, (if consistently profitable!) performance which, of course, would have been much better without those pesky old currency fluctuations... We also try to make some sense out of the current Coldseal debacle, which appears to be in liquidation but with new companies arising from the ashes and investigations into some aspects of earlier sales being threatened.
