250% Increase in enquiries received via Rehau website
REHAU’s new consumer website, www.rehau.co.uk/homeowners, which went live in November 2008, has already delivered a 250% rise in enquiries for fabricators and installers listed on its free dealer finder service.
The website is being promoted via printed and online home interest publications and REHAU is running competitions and giveaways to encourage consumers to register their details with a REHAU customer.
The response from consumers is so far exceeding expectations and is delighting the 200+ REHAU fabricators and installers already on the listing.
Wolfgang Gorner, Business Unit Director for the REHAU Window Division, says: “During January we have seen enquiry numbers surge, as homeowners looking for REHAU branded products click through from the website to request a telephone call or visit from a supplier in their area. Feedback from our customers is that these are ‘warm’ enquiries which are proving fairly easy to convert; so as a result we are investing further in promotion and optimisation of the website so that the enquiry levels continue to increase. “
The dealer finder service is entirely free for REHAU fabricators and installers to join and REHAU is still inviting applications from customers so that it can achieve geographical coverage across the whole of the UK and enable as many businesses as possible to benefit from the initiative.
REHAU is also currently conducting research into the buying patterns of visitors to the site which it will make available to companies on the dealer finder to help inform their future digital marketing campaigns.
The consumer website and dealer finder service is part of REHAU’s ongoing marketing support package for its customers, which also includes free marketing consultancy to help with PR and lead generation.
