Euroglaze proves the perfect advertisment for Mas

When the Yorkshire & Humber Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) was looking for a cover star for its latest advertising campaign, it chose Barnsley-based REHAU fabricator Euroglaze.

The company is one of MAS’s biggest success stories, having benefited very significantly from the expert advice and consultancy services offered by the Yorkshire Forward and ERDF funded organisation since 2003.

As a result, Euroglaze was selected to feature in a full page advertisement which ran recently in the 50,000 circulation Sheffield Star newspaper promoting the benefits to businesses of working with MAS. Managing Director Martin Nettleton was pictured and quoted in the advert which had the added advantage of promoting the Euroglaze brand.

MAS has helped Euroglaze to implement a lean manufacturing programme at its Barnsley factory which has enabled it to more than double output over the last five years without any increase in overhead.

This programme is ongoing and Euroglaze continues to work with MAS to identify further areas for improvement in terms of quality and efficiency which can deliver even greater competitive advantage for the S706 trade fabricator.
