Over 100 People Sign Up To Energy Efficiency Seminar in the first WeekOver 100 people have already booked their place on the FREE ‘Energy Efficiency in Focus – Revisited’ seminar being organised by the UK’s only dedicated Warm Edge Technology manufacturer, Edgetech. “Just a week after the first invitation letter was sent out, we have had registrations from 126 people and many more pledging their support and interest,” says Andy Jones, Edgetech Managing Director. “Delegates at the seminar, taking place on 26th February at the Coventry Ricoh Arena, will hear from speakers including Sara Pearce from the Energy Saving Trust, Simon Beer from BM Trada, Giles Wilson from the British Fenestration Ratings Council, Andy McDowell from Pilkington Glass and Alan Fielder of Edgetech UK. “This free industry seminar and networking event will provide a forum to discuss topics that are already or will be affecting our industry in 2009, including: Existing and proposed legislation; the opportunities available through Energy Saving Recommended windows and Energy Efficiency Week; a layman’s guide to energy ratings and the Window Energy Rating process; the launch of the PR initiative from the BFRC; and how to maximise the opportunities available when selling energy rated windows.” Andy concludes: “We’re thrilled so many people have registered for this industry event and hope more will follow. If you haven’t received your invitation and would like to attend, please get in touch – the event is open to everyone and is absolutely free to attend.” If you would like to attend the ‘Energy Efficiency in Focus’ seminar on 26th February in Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, please call Charlotte on 08700 566844 or e-mail charlotte.davies@edgetechig.com
