Advanced Aluminium adds ISO 9001 and 14001 to certification credentials with BM TRADA

Advanced Aluminium in Wymondham, Norfolk has achieved certification to ISO 9001:2000 quality management and ISO 14001:2004 environmental management with BM TRADA Certification. Last year the company, a Sapa Systems fabricator, was awarded the BM TRADA Q-Mark for Enhanced Security Windows and Doors.

Business Development Manager Jason Foster said that Advanced Aluminium was already enjoying significant costs savings and less waste by streamlining its operational systems to address the requirements of the QMS and EMS standards. ‘We have already benefited from improved planning and control across the business, as well as better communications both internally and externally. Our customers can be assured of a first class product delivered reliably on time, time after time.’

Achieving this additional certification, he added, has opened up new business opportunities.
