Üni_Slide from FENSTER FABRICATION features in a residential development in Sennen, Cornwall, that is collaboration between Brixham-based architect Stan Bolt and interior designer Jill Stein.

Its floor-to-ceiling glass panes were used to maximum effect in Stan Bolt’s design, enhancing the sea views afforded by the property’s beachside location.

Üni_Slide has passed a security weather test of 2400 Pa on a door sash 3m tall and 2.2m wide, and doors can be assembled in an unlimited run of units. The system also delivers sightlines as slim as 20mm.

A spokesperson for the Üni_Slide team said: “As this project demonstrates perfectly, the uninterrupted views it can offer makes it an ideal choice for picturesque locations – it’s proving unsurprisingly popular across the south coast for that reason. It can offer a sense of sleek luxury to any architectural development, and, for installers, it’s an excellent way of appealing to the lucrative high-end of the market.”
