When Yorkshire-based Coral Windows & Conservatories switched its roofline supplier to MAGDEN, the North of England building products distributor offered a support package that included two training sessions from specialist agency NWT and building products manufacturer Kestrel.
Initially Coral’s sales team took part in a masterclass on how to promote roofline products to consumers, led by Neil Whitfield of NWT.
Meanwhile, the company’s estimators had a refresher training session from Kestrel’s technical department, focussing on best practice when it comes to installing and carrying out surveys for roofline products.
Coral’s David Waddington said: “We have been in business for 25 years and are proud of our reputation for quality. We believe that no matter how good or experienced you are, you should never pass over an opportunity to learn more, so we snapped up Magden’s offer to organise the training sessions.”
