Network Veka has announced a new partnership with building law experts at HAS Resolution.

The Wigan-based firm of private practice Chartered Building Engineers, Building Surveyors and Expert Witnesses will provide advice and guidance to member companies on dispute resolution, consumer law, contract terms and conditions, construction, technical and building regulation problems and matters requiring Expert Witness and litigation support.

Network Veka MD, John Ogilvie said: " The services provided by HAS Resolution offer an invaluable resource for our members. Besides members’ commitment to a continual process of auditing and assessment, we always strive to secure the best support packages to further raise them above the competition.

He added that the team have already supported a Network Veka member company in resolving a dispute that had run for six months prior to that, and the successful resolution was eventually turned around in just 14 days.

Don Waterworth, Founder of HAS Resolution said: "Over the last 25 years, we have resolved more than 2,000 disputes of various types and values. Disputes can come in all shapes and sizes - from a disgruntled customer with a ‘'condensation problem’ to one who will not pay for a £20,000 conservatory.
