Customers give top marks

More than four out of five customers have given door and panel specialist VISTA five out of five – and none gave it less than four – according to survey by the company aimed at applying Continuous Improvement to its quality and service.

Some 83% of customers rated Vista’s product quality top marks, while 85% gave it five for service and 98% say its products are always delivered in good time.

Managing Director Keith Sadler said: “Customers pay the wages, so it’s vitally important that we listen to their needs and evolve our products and services with the times. We learn something new every time we speak to customers and this survey was no different - some interesting points we raised and we will look at ways we can address the comments. Overall though the results were extremely positive.

 “The feedback was invaluable and I would like to thank all who took time to fill out the survey” Keith concluded. “We will be making further improvements to our products and services over the coming months and the results will help steer us in the right direction.”
