Sales up 240%

EMMEGI (UK) has reported a 240% increase in sales over the previous year, adding further confirmation to industry reports of booming machinery sales as an indicator of market confidence read here.

The Coventry based aluminium machinery supplier has benefited from the moves by some PVC-U fabricators to diversify into aluminium windows, as well as many traditional aluminium specialists who have invested in new machines to keep pace with their own expansion.

Managing Director Ian Latimer said: “The momentum we’ve built up since last year has been fantastic. We’ve seen sales up right across our range – from simple Itaca Solution crimping machines through to our flagship Quadra eighteen axis sawing and machining centres.

“Unsurprisingly, our best advocates are our existing customers. As a result, we have won a lot of new business through recommendation and, looking ahead, I’m sure that will continue.”

Emmegi will be on Stand K10 at FIT Show in May with its biggest ever stand in the UK.
