Foiled
31st January 2012

Prefix Systems has introduced foiled golden oak and rosewood ridge caps and radius end covers as an upgrade, to its range of coloured conservatory roof options.

The additional foiled components in the conservatory roof come with a five-year guarantee against discolouration and have proven to be a superior product to the standard through coloured components, with a life expectancy in excess of 20 years.

Cream, Sage Green, Fir Green, Grey, black, rosewood, golden oak and the new Irish Oak foil roofs are now available to order from stock at Prefix’s three branches in Lancashire, Northamptonshire and Swansea and there’s also the option to have the colours both inside and out. As an additional design feature, gutter options include a matching RAL colour or the option of a black or black cast effect gutter.

Given that Ultraframe’s Classic roof system has chambered top cappings, there is no need for any aluminium hip top caps either. The result is a more uniform foiled finish with the very minimal of bare coloured PVC showing.

Chris Baron, director at Prefix Systems, said: “We’ve built a reputation for coloured fabricated conservatory roofs and are always looking at ways in which to improve our products both visually and from a performance point of view. We’ve got other products and initiatives lined up for 2012 that will make the year for our customers very exciting indeed.”
