Prospecting for business
Hoppe (UK) has been a customer of prospect data supplier Windowbase for 10 years. Now it is using Prospect Manager – Windowbases’s new online system.
Hoppe (UK), which supplies window companies with a wide range of hardware solutions such as the market leading Tôkyô Series, uses Windowbase data to identify fabricator and installer prospects with direct mails, e-shots and telemarketing.
Stewart Lamb, Hoppe (UK)’s national sales manager, said: “Direct marketing is very important to us. We need to ensure the Hoppe message is getting out to potential customers. Windowbase provides us with up to date prospect information – it allows us to contact the people we need to speak to. Its reliability, quality and the amount of detail provided is always very good.”
Hoppe (UK) have had Prospect Manager for six months, and currently six people within the company, including members of the sales team, are using it. Stewart adds: “The ability to review data quickly and simply is one of Prospect Manager’s biggest advantages. It allows us to personalise our marketing and sales campaigns and target them at specific customers.”
