New bi-fold quote engine goes down a storm

A dedicated bi-fold business has reported a huge spike in sales since it rolled out a new quote engine for its customers. TWR bi-folds, which focuses solely on supplying installers with bi-folding doors and information related to the product, says it’s latest innovation has proved very popular with installers.

The quote engine allows installers to log onto the site and build their own bi-fold by inputting their chosen specifications.
A quote is then generated and installers instantly receive a price for their individually designed door.

Terry Richardson, Managing Director of TWR bi-folds, comments: “TWR bi-folds was launched in April this year as a centre for all things bi-fold related. And to ensure installers can quickly and easily generate a bi-fold quote we launched a bi-fold quote engine which has gone down a storm and resulted in a spike in sales for us.”

Terry believes bespoke product building tools and internet based product research is fast becoming a must for bi-fold companies.

TWR bi-folds is part of the family run TWR Group, which has been in business for over ten years.

Alongside supplying market leading bi-folding doors, TWR also offer customers a bi-fold installation support service where their specialist team provide free technical support and advice; and even on-site assistance.

Terry concludes: “Aluminium bi-folding doors are a specialist product for us and over the years we have invested in a new bi-fold production line, an installation support service and in 2012 opened our own powder coating facility, allowing us to colour bi-fold door sets 30% quicker than most fabricators.”
