GOWERCROFT JOINERY has been nominated for two major industry awards for its Heritage range of windows: the New Product category of the G18 Awards and a finalist’s position in the Build It Awards.
The company’s Winston sliding sash and Richmond casement are based on Pilkington Spacia ultra-thin vacuum glazing, Accoya timber and micro-porous paint coatings.
Managing director Andrew Madge said: “We have put a massive amount of time and effort into product innovation and we believe our new Heritage range marks a significant development in building conservation, which could radically change how windows are specified in listed buildings and older properties in the future.”
The 20 year old company’s Build It nomination follows it success last year as winner of the event’s Best Window award.
Following the success of the Winston and Richmond windows, Gowercroft has now launched the Churchill single and French doors and the Belton Yorkshire sliding sash windows with matching specification.
