As part of its plans for sustained growth KAT UK the market leading specialist manufacturer of sliding doors and windows, is creating two new positions.

Business Development Executive – to strengthen the existing sales team this position will cover the whole of the UK. Responsible for generating new business as well as extending the product range sold to existing customers the position attracts a decent salary as well as a generous bonus structure and company car. You will be supported by telesales, specialist customer service teams, comprehensive marketing and market leading products.

General Manager – Patios – reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for all aspects of this Division including full P & L responsibility subject to agreed restrictions. Experience in sales and marketing is essential as you will be charged with growing sales of both patio doors and pvc bifolds. Based in one of our Macclesfield factories all operational functions of the division will report to the successful applicant. The position attracts a good salary and realistic bonus structure dependant on achieving set targets
