Dave ‘Bo’ Boaler, formerly Manufacturing Software Engineer at Aperture/Synseal, has joined BUSINESS MICROS as an additional Software Technician.

He is working directly with Business Micros’ Installations Manager David Stockwell and renewing the long-standing partnership which existed when Dave was a customer at Synseal.

A key part of Dave’s role will be to work on creating and updating the profile and component datasets which underpin the Touch software platform which Business Micros launched in June.

Managing Director Graeme Bailey said that Dave’s appointment is part of the ongoing investments being made around the launch of Touch. He added: “The potential for Touch is massive so we’re making sure we have the right team in place to support the new system, without neglecting all those customers who are still using our existing products.”
