Sash window fabricator ROSEVIEW has topped off a ‘phenomenal’ 2016 by winning G16 Customer Care Initiative of the Year.
From opening a showroom that allows customers, architects and specifiers to view its Rose Collection sash windows to developing a range of marketing materials and specifier support programmes and Lunching its sash window school, Roseview says it has concentrated on making sure that the quality of its service matches its products.
Marketing Manager Mike Bygrave said: “We all know the market is getting more competitive, and installers need high-quality products to help them stand out from the crowd. The customer care initiatives we’ve put in place this year will help them do that, while supporting them every step of the way.
“This G16 award will take pride of place next to our G13 New Product of the Year award. It really means a lot to us as it shows our customers that we can provide them with both award-winning products and an award-winning service.”
