Sixth edition of standard document

PRESS GLASS has published a new version of its Company Standard. Theis, the sixth revision of the document, is a response to the updated regulations included in PN-EN 12150-1 standard ("Glass in building. Thermally toughened soda lime silicate safety glass").

Parameters specifying deviations from rectilinearity of tempered glass and their tolerances were modified in the document. The new document differentiates between surface deformations typical of horizontal tempering and tempering on an air bed, among five kinds of deformations.”

The Company Standard identifies quality requirements that a product, process or service has to meet. The Press Glass Company Standard was amended to harmonise the company standards with the provisions of European regulations.
