£50m Wembley development
29th August 2017

HUECK has supplied its aluminium systems for Unite Olympic Way, a £50m, 699-bedroom student accommodation building on the approach to Wembley Stadium.

The 19-storey tower features a traditional concrete frame and a mix of curtain walling and Vitrobond aluminium cladding.

Hueck supplied its aluminium windows and doors for more than 600 dorm rooms and communal areas.

Unite Olympic Way is part of one of the largest regeneration projects in the country. According to the Mayor of London it can accommodate approximately 11,500 new homes and 10,000 new jobs through the development of sites along Wembley High Road and the land around Wembley Stadium.

Hueck Director Leon Friend said: “Regeneration reverses economic, social and physical decline in previously neglected areas that are perceived as undesirable by investors and potential house buyers. By tackling the barriers to growth, regeneration helps create thriving communities that in turn allow businesses and the economy to prosper.”
