TECHNICAL PROJECTS CONTROLLER

As an independently owned and very profitable company and having an enviable reputation for quality and service in the supply of hardware and associated products we are now looking for an additional individual to join the existing technical team.

Job Description:

The role will involve managing new product developments in addition to helping provide customer training and support. It will include some indicative product testing. Occasional overseas travel will be a requirement of the position, mostly within the European Union.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

Whilst a specific qualification is not a requirement, a background in the window and door
industry and/or in an engineering discipline is preferable. CAD drawing skills and computer
literacy with all MS packages is required, along with a good telephone manner.

A clean current UK driving licence is required.

Desired skills:

Knowledge of window and door manufacture
Workshop skills
Knowledge of industry testing and standards
Dealing with customers
SAP system knowledge (training can be provided)

The remuneration package is to be discussed.
