Technical Support Engineer – South East

Liniar is the brand name for bespoke product ranges designed and manufactured by H L Plastics Ltd based in Denby, Derbyshire.   We are a fast growing company focused on design excellence and product innovation within the UPVC Window Industry.

Due to an increase in sales and continued company expansion, we are looking for a Support Engineer to offer customer technical support for the South East of the Country.

The Technical Support department is made up of a team of industry and product experts looking after the needs of our customers, also providing technical support to our sales team. We will offer our product expertise and answer any technical questions that the client may have. We provide product information to our customers’ customer – installers and consumers.

New Customer set-up – you will undertake a comprehensive tooling audit of the factory to ensure a smooth transition to our system. We offer on-going support to meet the customer’s needs.

On-site training – we provide on-site training to show how everything should be made to Liniar’s specific requirements. 

Experience of window manufacturing and machinery is essential.
Full Liniar product training will be given.
