Profile 22, has recently launched the FC60 transom/mullion profile, glazing bead developments, new Tudor arch inserts and an upgrade to the Bay Jack system.

Nic Rossanno, technical director, said: “The modifications we’ve made to our fully integrated system are designed to increase product choice for customers.

“Because they are also designed to reduce the number of components in the system, they’ll not only speed up installation time, but also reduce overheads and warehousing costs, making it possible to make savings at both the fabrication and installation level.”

The new FC60 transom/mullion profiles which have been designed as a slimmer looking dummy transom, reduces the need for profiles from four to two, while the new 28mm Ovolo bead and Scotia bead rationalizes the glazing bead range, reducing the number of beads required.

Further developments include the Tudor arched frame inserts which not only offer a perfect colour match but can also be fitted to the glass once the frame has been installed.

In addition, the Bay Jack system has been redesigned to provide a wider range of structural support, as well as being easier to adjust, helping reduce installation time.
