euroExhibiting better homes

Eurocell will be demonstrating how it can help deliver better homes by showcasing two major new products at this year’s Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) exhibition, at Harrogate between June 16 and June 18 2009.

New at this year’s show will be Eurocell’s A rated window system, which has a multi-chamber profile design that locks in heat for outstanding thermal performance. Designed to offer better value A rated windows, the system achieves a British Fenestration Research Council (BFRC) Energy Index rating of 9, which means it allows a net flow of free heat energy to pass through the window into the property. The system achieves a U-value of 1.2W/m2K.

Sustainability will be a major theme at this year’s show and Eurocell’s A rated window system includes components made from 100% recycled pvcu, demonstrating its commitment to helping customers reduce their environmental impact. Eurocell offers post-consumer pvcu recycling facilities, giving public sector clients an environmentally-friendly and sustainable method of disposing of end-of-life pvcu window frames from site.

Barry Stone, commercial manager, said: “Our business is growing rapidly in the social housing sector due to our delivery of quality sustainable products and excellent support services. We are looking forward to demonstrating our extensive range of new products at this year’s show.”
