New website

Rehau has launched an improved version of its Authorised Partners website.

The new website at www.rehauauthorisedpartners.co.uk makes it easier for members of the scheme to personalise their individual profile pages and gives them access to information and advice on sales, marketing and training.

Members can log in and update their profile page quickly and easily and add new elements such as a feature installation or customer testimonials.

Rehau is encouraging as many customers as possible to add these two features to their pages before the end of November by running a prize draw to win an iPad.

Scheme members can also use the new website to access the latest product news from Rehau or to use the online thermal calculator.

There is information about how to benefit from Rehau’s marketing and database support services and new, downloadable advice sheets on internet marketing, PR, and building websites.

The Authorised Partner scheme logos and the complete suite of new consumer literature can also be downloaded and there are answers to the most frequently asked questions about the scheme available at the click of a mouse.

Sheila Normington, Rehau’s Authorised Partner scheme coordinator, said: “We are continually improving the website so that it meets the developing needs of our members as the scheme grows and develops.

“We have seen the importance of the customer profile pages because they are what homeowners first encounter when they carry out a postcode search on the website to find installers in their local area. Now, with more than 3,000 of these postcode searches being carried out per month, we want every scheme member to make their page the very best advertisement for their business so we have made it as easy as possible for them to do so.

“Members of our Authorised Partner Forum have also told us how much they value Rehau’s expertise in sales and marketing so we have also added lots of useful information in an easily digestible format.

“Our sales team will be visiting all of our Authorised Partners over the coming months to demonstrate the new site and to encourage members to make the most of the benefits it offers.
