Swift service

A new Synseal fabricator was making frames just eight days after the initial phone call to the company.

Jim Churchill of Rotherham-based JWC Windows decided to approach Synseal as his chosen system supplier and, after a conversation with Synseal chief executive David Leng, produced his first frame using Synseal’s Synergy suite just over a week later.

“I have known and worked with David previously,” explained Jim, “and have always been impressed with his approach to business. So when I decided to work with a new system it was the perfect opportunity to renew the relationship. I picked up the phone and spoke to David and after that it was like a whirlwind; I was amazed at how quickly Synseal snapped into action. Our tooling was set up, profiles and ancillaries supplied and training given so that we were in full production in just eight days – other companies have taken weeks in the past!”

JWC Windows operates from a 15,000 feet2 factory in Rotherham, West Yorkshire, within which Jim has also installed a Synseal Silicones ‘n’ Stuff trade counter that allows his installer customers to buy all of their ancillaries and consumables when they order or pick up their frames, with all products covered by a single invoice for convenience.

“We are delighted to have Jim and JWC Windows on board,” said David Leng. “Jim explained that it was important that he got into production fast and so we sprang into action. Jim and his staff responded by working with us and it all went like clockwork. All of our new fabricators enjoy the fastest possible set up and production readiness, but even by Synseal standards eight days is pretty good!”
