GPD 2011 call for papers
The GPD Call for Papers is on and running, and the September 20, 2010 deadline for abstract submissions is around the corner.
The Chairman of the organizing committee Jorma Vitkala said: “GPD is a place where glass specialists meet, discuss, network and shape the future of the industry. It is a summit for visionaries created by visionaries,” he said. “It is clear that GPD welcomes all its old contributors and presenters as warmly as ever before but there is always room also for newcomers.
“The way in which the program is structured leaves open opportunities for both technology innovators, processing specialists with their hands-on money-making improvements and especially the new solutions provided for by solar products and technologies. The intensive and interactive four to eight hour workshops before the actual conference address single subjects in a comprehensive and practical format. The GPD 2011 Expo features presentation booths that highlight the special competencies of exhibitors throughout the Conference days.”
