Trade portal goes ‘Live’
26th May 2015

HURST PLASTICS has unveiled ‘Hurst Live’, said to be its most advanced and accessible online personalised trade portal ever, developed with the help of window industry digital specialists The Consultancy.

‘Hurst Live’ has been designed to help customers to access technical data, track and trace orders, order and price bespoke composite doors and download marketing point of sale materials.

Hurst Plastics Sales and Marketing Director Mark Atkinson said: “Hurst Live brings some superb technological advances to our customers, in an easy to use ‘paperless’ format. Users now have access to our full online quoting and ordering system, order tracking and personalised pricing for our panel and composite door ranges at any time of the day through their PC, laptop, tablet or Smartphone.

“This system has been created to bring a host of benefits to customers and help them to effortlessly design, price and track orders in real time without needing to speak to anyone if they don’t want to. However, we are still there to help and we are available to assist customers with any queries via our newly developed ‘Live Support’ icon or on the telephone if they need us to.”

The system is available free of charge to Hurst trade customers and can be easily accessed by visiting the main Hurst website.
