Conservatory sales training

Wakefield-based Conservatory Outlet has hosted another window sales training course with Paul Clifton for 24 representatives from its retail network.

Sales personnel from Pennine Home Improvements (North East), West Yorkshire Windows, Clearview Home Improvements (North West) and 5 Star Windows & Conservatories (Midlands) attended the most recent training day which was very much a refresher course as Andy Miller, business development director at Conservatory Outlet, explained:

“Our retail network is home to some of the most experienced and effective sales advisors in the industry and, since the masterclass training courses delivered in 2012/13, many Conservatory Outlet partners have achieved year-on-year growth and multiple record months. The refresher training day that we hosted in July was very much about honing sales techniques to further improve upon already-enviable conversion rates.”

A similar refresher course for conservatory and orangery sales specialists is also being planned by Conservatory Outlet.
