Camden gains Evander

Trade frame manufacturer CAMDEN GROUP has been appointed as the window and door supplier to Evander Group following a competitive tender.

Evander provides 24/7, emergency response and fulfilment services to UK domestic insurers including Aviva, LBG and RSA, the commercial sector and direct to consumers.

“Because of the nature of its business - around two-thirds of Evander’s business comes through insurance claims - the Evander contract presents fresh new challenges for Camden,” said Sales Manager Roy Harrison, “However, as Evander is an emergency service provider, our work with Evander flips the normal supply model on its head and requires us to fulfil a very large number of orders - usually consisting of a single replacement door or window - and deliver those orders across their full depot network, from Aberdeen to Plymouth.”
