First phase of New Era Square

The first phase of the £65 million New Era Square student accommodation in Sheffield, with fenestration by BENNETT ARCHITECTURAL ALUMINIUM has officially been opened.

Bennetts supplied and installed Kawneer doors, AA100 curtain walling and AA720 windows as well as Raynaers CF-77 folding/slide doors on the project near Bramall Lane.

Developer New Era Developments has also revealed that the complex is already at 96% capacity.

Lionel Grant, Managing Director at Bennett Architectural said: “It’s a striking building that our team were delighted to work on alongside the team from Bowmer and Kirkland.”
