Glass company finalist

EPWIN GLASS has been confirmed as a finalist in the Glass Company category at the G18 Awards. National Sales Manager Katrina Earl said: “To reach finalist status is a huge achievement by the business and celebrates the hard work and effort by our team.”

In the past 12 months the company has consolidated its facilities onto one site, in Northampton, and seen a seven figure investment across the business including a remapping of the process flow of the factory and changed layout of the shop floor to optimise the space and reduce the travel time for glass around the factory. There is also a new vehicle fleet comprising four articulated vehicles and four 18t and 7.5t vehicles. The company holds 145 glass types and over 550 tonnes of glass in stock. The range covers decorative, noise insulation, safety and security, self-cleaning, solar control and thermal insulation glass.
