A new business with an innovative model that is set to grow both it's reach and the original event they now require a Sales Director to join the senior management team.
Role:
To direct and control the sales functions of the organisation in order to achieve agreed sales volumes and margin targets in line with the company’s business objectives. Hands on to seek out new opportunities and build on already strong sector networks. To participate in the strategy and management and build the business's reach and brand. Act as an ambassador for the business and it's events and live the company values.
Candidates:
A professional hands on Sales Director with a demonstrable record of success
Able to negotiate and win business both in the corporate boardroom and with entrepreneurial business owners
Innovative, a lateral thinker and able to spot new opportunities and seize them

Able to contribute at board level to the strategy and growth of the business
The Successful candidate will have a successful track record in the building products sector and understand the drivers for suppliers and deliverers in the Home Improvement Market
