CAB’s recently launched new website offers visitors an in depth look at aluminium used in the UK’s construction industry. Totally rebuilt, the new website at www.c-a-b.org.uk is designed to allow visitors easy navigation to a wealth of information.
Justin Ratcliffe, CAB’s Chief Executive, comments, “We have spent a great deal of time discussing the content of the new website with both our marketing and technical committees to ensure that we have a site that both serves our members well whilst offering an excellent resource of information to our many visitors. We have expanded two of the most popular areas visited on the previous website were members’ details and members’ projects. What we have now is just the starting point as we aim to grow the site by not only regularly updating but also but by exploiting the latest social media techniques.”
Whilst offering essential information for architects and specifiers, one of the new features of the website allows members to log on to access the latest standards for comment and for the various CAB Technical Working Groups to share information. The site also offers extensive links for anyone looking into aluminium and sustainability and highlights CAB’s various ongoing projects in this important area’.
