Taped upGawler Tapes has added the Soprad range of temporary surface protection films to its portfolio of glazing tapes. Gawler is a nationwide supplier of double sided and pre-compressed expanding foam products to the glazing sector. Phil Bray, MD of Gawler Tapes and Plastics, said: “We are delighted to be working with Soprad and its UK agent, Verotapes. Soprad have a quality range of protection films for glass and glazing, and as we have in-house slitting facilities we can offer customers bespoke widths alongside the industry standard sizes.” The range includes transparent, and tinted blue protection films, which are widely used by companies who supply new-build glass and glazing, and they offer full protection against scratches and damage during transportation and installation. Soprad have been developed not to leave any residue after removal.
